Cannonball uses a “Door Deal” model for paying artists.

1. Booking and Rental Fee

1.1. The Venue is available for booking at the following rental rates:

Friday & Saturday: $300

Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday: $250

1.2. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking to secure the date. This deposit will be applied toward the total rental fee.

1.3. The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day of the event before doors open.

2. Promoter Revenue

2.1. The Promoter retains 100% of the revenue generated from door sales. 2.2. The Venue does not claim any percentage of ticket or door revenue beyond the rental fee.

3. Booking for Bands Without a Promoter (No deposit required)

3.1. If a band books a show without a separate promoter, Cannonball Music Hall will act as the Promoter.

3.2. Under this arrangement, the band will receive 100% of door sales after the first $300 on a Friday or Saturday, or $250 on a Wednesday, Thursday, or Sunday.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1. The $100 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

4.2. If the Renter cancels the event less than 48 hours before the event, the full booking fee is still due.

5. Event Logistics

5.1. The Renter is responsible for all event promotion unless Cannonball Music Hall is acting as the Promoter per Section 3.

5.2. The Venue will provide access to the stage, sound engineer, and basic lighting setup. Unless otherwise negotiated.

5.3. The Renter is responsible for ensuring the event adheres to regular business hours and that all performers and guests comply with Venue policies and local laws.

6. Liability and Damages

6.1. The Renter assumes full responsibility for any damages to the Venue caused by their event.

6.2. The Venue is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment or belongings of the Renter, performers, or attendees.

6.3. The Venue is not liable for any injuries or accidents occurring during the event
