Payment
Cannonball is available for booking Thursday through Sunday for $300
Cannonball will retain the first $300 of ticket sales, 100% of the revenue beyond the $300 production fee will be paid to the band within 5 business days of the event.The Venue does not claim any percentage of ticket, door revenue or merch beyond the rental fee.
Cancellation Policy
If the band cancels the event less than 48 hours before the event, the full rental fee is still due.
Promotion
The band is responsible for all event promotion. We will always do our best to share across all our channels, but we need to lean on you to get the word out to your loyal fan base! If you don’t promote, no one will show up.
General policies
Cannonball will provide access to the stage, sound engineer, basic lighting setup, and PA (see tech specs page)
IEM rigs are permitted, however Cannonball will control the room mix (no outside or tour engineers).
Cannonball is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment or belongings of the Renter, performers, or attendees.
Cannonball is not liable for any injuries or accidents occurring during the event

Dates you are looking to book. We ask you limit bands to no more than 3 on a weeknight (excluding Friday) and 4 bands on a weekend.
we want to give each band meaningful time onstage and keep our sound people sane!
Payment
Cannonball is available for booking Wednesday through Sunday with a $400 production fee.
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking to secure the date. This deposit will be applied toward the total rental fee. The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day of the event before doors open.
The Promoter retains 100% of the revenue generated from door sales. The Venue does not claim any percentage of ticket, door revenue, or merch beyond the production fee.
Cancellation Policy
The $100 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
If the Renter cancels the event less than 48 hours before the event, the full production fee is still due.

Promoter is responsible for: ensuring the event adheres to regular business hours and that all performers and guests comply with Venue policies and local laws. The Renter assumes full responsibility for any damages to the Venue or equipment caused by misuse or negligence on the part of the promoter.
Cannonball is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment or belongings of the promoter, performers, or attendees. Cannonball is not liable for any injuries or accidents occurring during the event.
We reserve the right to approve all lineups. Shows at Cannonball Music Hall include two or more bands per night unless express permission is given.
